You want to catch up and do something fun in Amsterdam. Lunch is lovely, but sometimes you want to add an activity that will have you laughing afterwards. At Pimp My Tarzan, you sit together around the table and each decorate your own plaster Tarzan. It gives you something to do with your hands and time to catch up.
The workshop has a cheeky theme, starting with a plaster version of the male anatomy. You set the mood together: keep your design simple, go big on colour or surprise each other with an unexpected idea. Everyone leaves with their own creation.
You do not need to be on a hen party
Pimp My Tarzan is often booked for hen parties, but a wedding is not a requirement. You are just as welcome for a birthday, a reunion with friends or a day in Amsterdam. It is about your own group and a fun, creative hour together.
Wondering whether everyone will enjoy it? Be clear in the group chat about what you will be doing: painting and decorating a plaster penis. That way you can decide together whether it is the kind of humour and activity you are all looking for.
A creative break during your Amsterdam day out
The workshop lasts 1 hour and takes place at Sint Annenstraat 20A, central Amsterdam. You can fit it around other plans for the day. Perhaps have lunch together first, make something creative and then head back out to explore.
You will receive a bag for your creation. Prefer not to carry it around all day? Arrange a later collection with your instructor. If you would like help combining the workshop with lunch or dinner, mention it in your enquiry.
How much does it cost?
The price is €25 per person including VAT. Bookings start at 6 people, so a group of 6 pays €150 in total. The private venue, instructor, one plaster Tarzan per person and decorating materials are included. You do not need to bring paint or craft supplies.

Is this only for hen parties?
No. It is also a fun choice for a day out with friends, a birthday or simply spending time together. Nobody needs to be getting married.
Do we all need to be creative?
No. Everyone makes their own design with guidance from the instructor. Keep it simple or add plenty of detail, it is up to you.
Can fewer than 6 friends join?
Bookings start at 6 people. If your group is smaller, contact us to discuss the options.
Can we take our creations home?
Yes, everyone takes their own plaster Tarzan home in a bag. Later collection can also be arranged.

What about drinks?
If you would like drinks during the workshop, mention this in your enquiry. We can discuss the options and any costs in advance.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
If you use a wheelchair or walking aid, or have difficulty with stairs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss access to the venue at Sint Annenstraat 20A.
Can we cancel or change our group size?
Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Before booking, ask which cancellation and amendment terms apply to your reservation.
What should we wear?
You will be working with paint and craft materials. Wear something comfortable that you do not mind getting a little messy.
